About This LPN Opportunity
ProStat is hiring per diem LPNs throughout Lebanon County. Shifts are available at skilled nursing facilities, personal care homes, assisted living, and memory care units in Lebanon, Palmyra, Annville, and Cleona. Day, evening, and night shifts post regularly, and you decide which ones you take.
What You’ll Do
- Med pass and treatments per facility policy
- Charge nurse duties on assigned units
- Oversight and direction of CNAs on the floor
- Assessments, wound care, and skin checks
- Documentation and shift report in the facility EHR
Requirements
- Active PA LPN license in good standing
- Current BLS (AHA)
- Med pass experience in long-term care preferred
- Recent physical and TB clearance
- PA background checks and clearances
- Drug screen
