About This CNA Opportunity
ProStat is hiring per diem CNAs throughout Lebanon County. We book shifts at skilled nursing facilities, personal care homes, assisted living communities, and memory care units in Lebanon, Palmyra, Annville, Cleona, and the surrounding boroughs. Pick up one shift a week or build a full schedule — you choose what you take.
What You’ll Do
- ADL support including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Safe transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
- Vital signs, intake and output, and weights
- Observing residents and reporting changes in condition to the nurse
- Charting in the facility EHR
Requirements
- Active listing on the PA CNA registry
- Current BLS (AHA)
- Recent physical and TB clearance
- Up-to-date immunizations
- PA background checks and clearances
- Drug screen
