About This RN Opportunity
ProStat Workforce Solutions is actively hiring per diem RNs across Reading and Berks County. Shifts available at Reading-area skilled nursing facilities, personal care homes, assisted living communities, memory care units, and continuing care retirement campuses.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical RN care in skilled nursing, sub-acute rehab, personal care, or memory care settings
- Medication administration, assessments, charting, and care coordination
- Communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership
- Document care accurately in facility EHR systems
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania RN license
- Current BLS (AHA)
- Recent physical and TB clearance
- Up-to-date immunizations
- PA background and clearances
- Drug screen
