About This RN Opportunity
ProStat Workforce Solutions is actively hiring per diem Registered Nurses (RNs) in Lancaster, PA. Pick up RN shifts at trusted Lancaster County skilled nursing facilities, sub-acute rehab units, personal care communities, memory care units, and continuing care retirement communities — on your schedule, with weekly direct deposit, and a real local recruiter who knows the Lancaster market.
Whether you want steady weekend rotations, evening and overnight differential pay, or variety across multiple facilities, we have shifts that fit. We staff Lancaster, Lititz, Ephrata, Strasburg, Columbia, and the surrounding Lancaster County communities.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical RN care in skilled nursing, sub-acute rehab, personal care, or memory care settings
- Medication administration, assessments, charting, and care coordination per facility protocols
- Communicate with attending physicians, families, and facility leadership as needed
- Document patient care accurately in facility EHR systems
- Collaborate with LPN, CNA, and PCA team members on the unit
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
- Current BLS (American Heart Association)
- Recent physical and TB clearance
- Up-to-date immunizations (MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, influenza)
- PA criminal background, child abuse, and FBI clearances
- Drug screen clearance
- Minimum one year of clinical RN experience preferred for most settings
