ProStat is actively hiring per diem LPN charge nurses in Lancaster, PA. Charge nurse roles on all shifts at trusted Lancaster County skilled nursing facilities, sub-acute rehab units, personal care homes, and memory care units.
What You’ll Do
- Charge nurse responsibilities for the assigned unit during your shift
- Medication administration and treatment per facility protocols
- Supervise CNAs and direct support staff on the unit
- Coordinate with attending physicians and families
- Documentation in facility EHR systems
- Initial assessment of changes in resident condition
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license
- Current BLS (AHA)
- Recent physical and TB clearance
- Up-to-date immunizations
- PA background and clearances
- Drug screen
