About This CNA Opportunity

ProStat is hiring per diem CNAs across Reading and Berks County. Shifts at SNF, personal care, memory care, and hospice settings.

What You’ll Do

  • ADL support
  • Transfers and ambulation
  • Vital signs
  • Resident observation
  • Documentation in EHR

Requirements

  • Active PA CNA registry listing
  • Current BLS (AHA)
  • Recent physical and TB clearance
  • Up-to-date immunizations
  • PA background and clearances
  • Drug screen
